It is possible that the ClickShare Extension Pack cannot be upgraded from 1.0.0.104 to a higher version via silent installation [KB3933].
The following error "Installation failed" could be displayed:
As a workaround, we suggest the following:
- Uninstall ClickShare Extension pack v1.0.0.104
- Reboot your computer
- Install the latest version of the ClickShare Extension pack
- Reboot your computer
Note
ClickShare Extension Pack v1.0.1.3 or above is not affected by this issue.
