Before doing extensive troubleshooting:

Check if by entering IP of NCN/NUC, you are connected to NUC, if yes then it means device is in different LAN(one is in WIFI, other is in LAN for instance)”

User experiences audio issues, devices not appearing on MirrorOp list

Audio issues while mirroring with MirrorOp:

• Check the audio volume of Mirror Op when video& sound is played.
• Check Mirror Op version if it’s the latest

 NRC not visible in MirrorOp app:

• Check if the NRC/NUC are visible on MirrorOp (if the units are in the same network they will be listed on Mirror Op
• Check Mirror Op version if it’s the latest
• Be sure that the wireless network used has enough bandwidth to allow mirroring and no interference
