Reason for the changes:

The Extraordinary General Meeting of 30 April 2026 authorised the Board of Directors to cancel treasury shares.  On 21 May 2026, the Board of Directors had the cancellation of 5,575,000 treasury shares established by notarial deed.

As of 21 May 2026, Barco's capital will be represented by 87,341,645 ordinary shares. Each of these shares grants one vote at the general meeting. The aforementioned total number of shares will then represent the denominator for notification purposes under the transparency regulations.
