Touchback stops working on CSE-200

Issue:

We have noticed on our CSE-200 running firmware version 1.9.1.7 that in some cases, the touchback functionality stops within the first minutes of usage.

Currently, only the CSE-200 seems to have this issue. Both CSE-200+ and CSE-800 are working properly.

Resolution:

This issue has been resolved in the firmware version 1.10.0.13.
