Trend Micro flags the Button as a threat or violation is because the ClickShare executable is used as an icon. This facilitates ease of use for the end-user to locate the ClickShare App or Client in Windows Explorer.
How to turn off this warning
It is possible to turn off this warning. This can be done by following these steps:
- Navigate to your Trend Micro configuration page.
- Navigate to Agents > Settings > Device Control Settings > Internal Agents.
- Uncheck the Block the AutoRun function on USB storage device.
- Don't forget to click the Save button afterwards.
