On rare display configuration, sometimes the HDMI™2 output of the ClickShare Hub Pro does not come out standby when waking up the ClickShare Hub by pressing the standby button. When both the ClickShare Hub Pro and the connected displays are in Standby mode (Eco), waking up ClickShare Hub Pro from standby does not wake up the HDMI™2 display and it remains blank and shows no content.Manually wake up the HDMI™ display (e.g. using it's remote control). Audio output volume changes made through the ClickShare Control Panel or a connected peripheral Bluetooth remote control are not synchronized, resulting in different volume levels being applied on the ClickShare Hub and the connected peripheral.Audio volume adjustments performed on either the ClickShare Control Panel or a Poly Bluetooth remote control are not reflected across both devices, causing volume levels to become unsynchronized.
Affected device: Poly Studio V12, Poly Studio X Series Gen1 and Gen2
Manually adjust the audio volume either on the ClickShare Control Panel or using the Poly Bluetooth remote control to match the volume level set on the other device.
Dual display setup - Unexpected display behavior after resolution change. In a dual-display setup, changing the resolution of either HDMI™-1 or HDMI™-2 through the ClickShare Control Panel can cause the HDMI™-2 display to behave unexpectedly, such as switching to an incorrect resolution, showing a black screen, or displaying the desktop wallpaper instead of the expected extended display. No workaround is currently available
Dual display setup - HDMI™-2 display scaling changes each time the resolution on HDMI™-1 display is modified.Changing the resolution of HDMI™-1 through the ClickShare Control Panel can cause the HDMI™-2 display scaling to change every time. This happens due to HDMI-2 display delayed refresh of the display configuration after resolution changesNo workaround is currently available
Dual display setup - ClickShare Hub does not enter ECO standby or Deep Standby when CEC-enabled TV on HDMI™-2 is powered off. When the HDMI™-2 TV is powered off while the ClickShare Hub remains active, the ClickShare Control Panel displays the wallpaper and the HDMI™-1 output shows the MTR wallpaper. The issue will be resolved in ClickShare Hub firmware version 04.05 release.
Dual display setup - ClickShare Hub fails to wake from ECO standby after a timeout. Only with Samsung monitors. The ClickShare Hub device failed to wake up from ECO standby due to a timeout, regardless of attempts through PIR motion detection or pressing the device power button. The behavior was inconsistent across connected displays and the touch panel, with all three screens, two screens, or only one screen remaining black instead of resuming normal operationPower cycle the Hub.
The issue will be resolved in ClickShare Hub firmware version 04.05 release

Content is shifted to the left, resulting in a black border on the right side of the display when sharing content at an ultrawide resolution of 5120×2160.When sharing content at 5120×2160 resolution, the image may appear shifted to the left with black borders on the screen. The issue occurs only during content sharing. The wallpaper displays correctly when no content is being shared, and other tested resolutions do not show this issue.Avoid using the 5120×2160 resolution for content sharing.
ClickShare Hub: Numeric input is not working in provisioning with Narrator turned on.Numeric input may not function during the provisioning process when Narrator is enabled, preventing users from entering numbersNo workaround is currently available
ClickShare Hub enters an infinite reboot loop after a firmware downgrade (4.04 to 4.03) - MTR does not support. The ClickShare Hub continues to cycle between "You're all done. Hang on while we get things ready for you" and restarting teams.Hard factory reset ClickShare Hub - KB15633 (Method2)
ClickShare Control Panel screen unexpectedly switches to its settings page during MTR call. This happens because the Settings page is open when a MTR call is initiated from the laptop. After a few minutes, while the MTR call is in progress, the Control Panel's GUI automatically switches to the settings page.Exit the Setting page on the ClickShare Control Panel before you initiate an MTR call.
Dual display setup - MTR extended screen icon resolution becomes incorrect, especially at lower resolutions, and content is missing at 1280x720 resolution. After changing the HDMI™-2 resolution or setting HDMI™-2 to a low resolution and then adjusting the HDMI™-1 resolution, the MTR extended screen icon resolution is occasionally incorrect. This issue tends to occur more frequently at lower resolutions.

Additionally, at the low resolution of 1280x720, part of the content is missing. The current text displays “Join your meeting with,” but it should be “Join your meeting with this room".
