Issue
ClickShare Button loses its connection as soon as a touchscreen is connected via USB cable to the ClickShare Base Unit. The content freezes and sharing disconnects on the touchscreen and the Button starts flashing.
If you reboot the ClickShare Base Unit with USB touchscreen connected the Button will keep blinking but will not be able to connect.
No issue was detected if the USB cable to the touch screen is not connected.
This issue is seen with ClickShare (CS/CSE) Base Unit firmware version 1.11.8.1
Solution
Upgrading your ClickShare Base Unit to firmware version 01.11.10.0003 or higher will fix this issue.
