You can find the QR code on the following locations:
- The onboarding page (a.k.a. the black screen) when initially booting up the ClickShare Base Unit.
- The configuration wizard of the ClickShare Base Unit web UI.
- The System > XMS details page in the ClickShare Base Unit web UI.
- On the removable sticker on cover of the ClickShare unit (see minimal HW revisions below).
Note: To support QR‑based registration, ClickShare C‑/CX‑/CB‑series Base Units must be running firmware version 2.18 or later.
