Wireless BYOD experience — You can now enjoy wireless Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) even when the ClickShare Hub is used as a room system, enabling more flexible collaboration in meeting spaces.
Improved platform performance and stability — This release includes an upgrade to MDEP version 13.3, delivering improved reliability and overall system performance.
Stronger security for device access — Access to the web configurator is now protected with username and password authentication, adding an extra layer of security for device management.
Simplified setup with connectivity checks — During setup, the system automatically verifies connectivity to required cloud services, helping ensure a smooth and successful installation.
Clearer feedback when encountering sharing issues — Users now receive clear guidance when sharing is not possible (e.g., when the system is set to PC-only mode), reducing confusion and support needs.
Transparent firmware update experience — Firmware update progress is now displayed on-screen, keeping users informed throughout the update process.
Advanced remote management via XMS Cloud — IT administrators can remotely manage devices, adjust settings, and collect logs, making it easier to maintain and troubleshoot installations at scale.
Improved audio experience — Volume levels between the Room system and connected peripherals are now synchronized for a more consistent and seamless audio experience.

== What we fix ==

More reliable standby and wake-up behavior — Improvements cover ECO standby, motion sensor wake-up after long idle periods, and deep standby behavior with CEC displays.
Better dual-display and monitor compatibility — Fixes address specific dual-display cases where visuals could be missing or scaled incorrectly on certain monitor combinations.
Clearer Bluetooth identity and corrected links — Bluetooth naming is now unique per device, and the warranty QR code now directs to the correct support destination.
More stable cloud presence reporting (XMS) — Devices that could appear to flip online/offline in XMS despite working locally now report presence more consistently.
Improved touch display setup during first-time installation (OOBE) — Users can now configure a touch display during the out-of-box experience, ensuring the touch input device is correctly detected and mapped from the start.
Fixed ghost/phantom touches on the ClickShare Hub control panel when specific USB peripherals are connected.

Meeting room name now correctly resets to the default value after performing a factory reset
