Big news for hybrid collaboration! Barco ClickShare has launched its first wireless room system bundles officially certified for Microsoft Teams and developed in partnership with Sennheiser. These bundles pair:

This milestone reinforces our commitment to delivering secure, flexible, and user-friendly meeting experiences for organizations worldwide.

What this certification means

On January 7, 2026, Barco announced the launch of these new room system bundles, officially certified for Microsoft Teams.

As one of the first wireless room systems built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), these bundles deliver enterprise-grade security and compliance. The next-gen ClickShare Button makes sharing content effortless in any meeting scenario - whether you’re joining a hybrid call or presenting in-room. Employees and guests can share content to the meeting room display in seconds, hassle-free.

These modular systems combine Barco’s wireless conferencing and presentation technology with Sennheiser’s advanced audio and video capabilities, creating meeting spaces where communication feels natural and effortless.

This milestone marks a significant step in Barco’s strategy to expand from bring-your-own-device (BYOD) solutions to fully integrated room systems for hybrid collaboration - giving organizations confidence to standardize their workplace with certified, future-ready technology.

Why the Microsoft Teams Certification matters

Certification isn’t just a label - it’s a promise. When a device is certified for Microsoft Teams, it meets Microsoft’s rigorous standards for security, reliability, and seamless integration. For organizations, this means confidence that every meeting will run smoothly and securely. For users, it means walking into a room and knowing everything just works.

What the Certification means for meeting participants, IT managers, and partners

For meeting participants:

Certification means your meetings just work. No fiddling with cables or settings, no compatibility worries. Walk into a Microsoft Teams Rooms space with a ClickShare Hub and start your meeting with a single tap. Share content wirelessly in seconds - it’s intuitive, fast, and stress-free.

For IT managers:

Certified solutions simplify deployment and management. With ClickShare Hub Core and Hub Pro, you get enterprise-grade security, compliance with Microsoft standards, and seamless integration into your existing Teams environment. Remote monitoring and regular ClickShare and Microsoft updates keep your rooms running smoothly without constant on-site intervention.

For channel partners:

Certification opens doors. It gives you a trusted, Microsoft-approved solution to offer customers who want to standardize on Teams Rooms. The ClickShare + Sennheiser bundles combine two premium brands, making them an easy sell for organizations prioritizing reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Future-ready meeting spaces with ClickShare

Organizations need meeting solutions that are secure, simple, and certified. With this milestone, Barco ClickShare is helping businesses create meeting spaces where collaboration feels natural and effortless - backed by the reliability of Microsoft Teams and the AV excellence of Sennheiser.
