Issue
During pre-release testing, the ClickShare Desktop App and Button were found to stop working after updating to macOS 13.1 Ventura. This issue is not seen with the latest Apple M1 devices.
Solution
- Update your macOS to Ventura 13.2 or higher.
- Update your Base Unit to the latest firmware version (how-to, see KB5923).
- Re-pair the Button with the Base Unit after updating (how to: see KB5924).
