Kortrijk, 7 May 2014 - On 5 May 2014 Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Bankplassen 2, P.O Box 1179, Sentrum, 0107 Oslo, Norway, notified Barco that as of 2 May 2014 the participation in Barco of Norges Bank was reduced from 418,742 shares, i.e. 3.22%, to below the threshold of 3.00% of the shares.
