Accelerate our Diversity & Inclusion program.

Increase the formal external learning hours from 15.8 to 20 hours per employee per year.

Each year, achieve an employee engagement score of at least 75%.

Each year, train all our employees in product quality, safety, security, ethics, and compliance.
