Issue
An increasing amount of delay is visible when using AirPlay on the ClickShare CSE-200 in combination with the recent macOS Monterey and iOS 15.3 for iPhone.
Solution
The resolution when sharing over AirPlay has been limited to 720p to minimize this delay and ensure a better user experience on these devices. From FW version 1.11.5.3 onwards, this was implemented.
Note: The delay is not visible when using the ClickShare Desktop App (how-to: KB2607) or ClickShare Button (how-to: KB2898) on the macOS device or using the ClickShare Mobile App (how-to: KB2950) on the iOS device.
