In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7 November 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 2 February 2015 till 6 February 2015 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8 May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 269,102 shares for a total amount of 15,074,152.0 euro. This corresponds to 2.07% of the total shares outstanding.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 916,808 shares on the date of 6 February 2015.
