Barco is treating visitors to ISE at the Amsterdam RAI to a premiere: a brand-new booth built around the theme of the smart city. The Barco city, which was opened just minutes ago, features an impressive number of smart systems, which are all networked to let the world collaborate and monitor better – in meeting and control rooms, at events, in advertising, etc.
“The world is changing at dazzling speed and the challenges are huge. Yet, there are great opportunities too. At Barco, we believe we can tackle today’s challenges by building smarter systems,” explained Jacques Bertrand, Barco’s Chief Sales Officer, at the Barco booth.
Through its different business areas, Barco enables different kinds of smartness, from smarter monitoring, research, meetings and patient care through to defense & aerospace and entertainment. Barco’s booth at ISE features a broad range of its smart solutions. On display are the high-brightness projectors, as well as LCD displays and video walls that smarten up events and monitoring. Other eye-catchers include the smart ClickShare meeting room presentation system that fosters collaboration during meetings, as well as the LED displays for intelligent messaging.
