The annual rAVE awards are a highpoint of the ProAv sector. Each year, users and readers of the site nominate their favorite companies, products and services that year. And this year, Barco is nominated in 11 categories!
The fact that the nominations are based totally on user opinions makes them almost unique in the industry, and particularly prestigious awards to receive.
“I am proud of the work our team does to put this together,” says rAVe’s founder, Gary Kayye. “I want our awards to be free of bias so even our nominations come from the AV community of beloved-AVtweeps from all over the world. The winners should be bragging about these wins more than any other as these are truly representative of the best-of-the-best in AV products, companies and technologies.”
The nods for Barco this year include several key nominations, such as Favorite Overall New Product (UniSee) and Favorite Rental or Staging Product (the UDX projector). But ClickShare, the web page, social media and tech teams also turn up in the list – making for 11 nominations in total.
