A visual feast to inaugurate ISE’s new home in Barcelona
ISE - SOCIOS 2 minutos leídos
After a long wait, ISE 2022 is finally here. Olé. And to add to the excitement, this will be the first ISE edition in its new home in Barcelona. Which asks for a suited inauguration.
We could’ve thrown a bottle of champagne at the façade of the Fira de Barcelona exhibition complex with some majestic speech, but we’d rather drink the bubbly liquid. Instead, we teamed up with our distributor LANG AG to set up a visual ode to the new home of AV. So, on the first evening of the international AV tradeshow, May 9th, the Fira building will light up with a festive projection mapping powered by eight UDX-4K40s.
Peter Mathia, CEO of LANG AG: "Since its inception, ISE has become one of the most important trade fairs for the entire AV industry. Now, after two years of absence due to the pandemic, we are all very happy to be able to experience a great trade fair again. LANG AG is proud to welcome ISE in Barcelona with an inspiring mapping in cooperation with Barco, but also to celebrate the distribution partnership in the field of image processing and projectors that has been decided since the beginning of the year between Barco and LANG AG."
Created and produced by Barcelona-based Flaix Studio, the immersive projection will explore themes of hope, regeneration and renewal. An ISE social media campaign is encouraging exhibitors and attendees to suggest hashtags that summarize the industry’s hopes for the future. The best suggestions will be projected on the mapping in different languages.
With the change of venue, it feels like a new chapter for the industry, especially after such a tumultuous eighteen months. We believe that ISE 2022 is the perfect platform to re-connect with our global industry audience. Hence, we eagerly look forward to see you all at our booth (3D400). And when the night falls on that first evening, we warmly invite you to come watch the projection mapping at the Plaça d'Espanya.
We’ll provide the projectors, are you bringing the champagne?
