Following a comprehensive evaluation of available technologies, Secure implemented the Barco CTRL software platform, paired with a chip-on-board (COB) video wall featuring 1.25 mm pixel pitch technology.
The COB LED technology provides superior protection against dust, moisture, and physical impact, supporting long-term reliability and visual consistency in demanding 24/7 NOC environments. In addition, Barco CTRL ensures continuous operation with round-the-clock support, minimizing downtime and maintaining service continuity for Secure’s growing customer base.
With multiple services being monitored and managed through our Network Operations Centre, having clear, real-time visibility is essential. The new solution has enhanced our ability to monitor the health and performance of these services from a single location.
