Prerequisites

A ‘USB-C’ cable must be connected to the Control Panel before the connection to the Base Unit can be made. For more information, see:

• In case of the Barco ‘USB-C’ cable, see “Connecting the USB cable”.
• In case of the USB-C Extension over CAT, see “Connecting the USB-C Extension over CAT receiver”.

How to connect

1. What Control Panel connection method is chosen?

   • For the Barco ‘USB-C’ cable, connect the ‘Source’ side of the Barco ‘USB-C’ cable to the ‘USB-C’ port (reference 1).
   • For the USB-C Extension over CAT, connect the ‘USB-C’ cable from the receiver to the ‘USB-C’ port (reference 1). Use the side of the cable that has no screw lock.
   

   Tip: Secure the ‘USB-C’ cable to the‘ USB-C’ port with the USB-C cable locker. For more information, see “Securing USB-C cables to the Base Unit”.

   

   

2. Configure the orientation of the Control Panel in the ClickShare settings app. For more information, “Control Panel settings”.
