Kortrijk, Belgium, 2 December 2024 – Barco, global leader in medical visualization technology, presents its newest service offering and breast imaging display solution at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) 2024 Annual Meeting, December 1-4 in Chicago. Attendees can visit Barco at booth #3305 in the South Hall to explore their latest innovations and attend daily expert talks, on 2, 3 and 4 December at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
A unique opportunity for RSNA visitors is the possibility to see Barco’s Coronis OneLook, which was launched on October 1st, with their own eyes. Barco’s newest flagship monitor offers a stunning visual experience, offering the highest resolution in breast imaging monitors today. Coronis OneLook features advanced technology that enhances visualization, ensuring that radiologists can detect even the smallest anomalies with precision.
In addition, Barco will also present its research into autostereoscopic 3D display technology at its booth #3305 in the South Hall.
Launching at RSNA this year is Barco’s new ConnectCare service. ConnectCare reinforces diagnostic display management for healthcare organizations through expert weekly monitoring, automated compliance reporting, and extended warranty coverage up to 7 years.
Lastly, Barco will host a series of daily expert talks at its booth #3305 this year. The talks will take place on 2, 3 and 4 December at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. They will be held by Tom Kimpe, VP of Technology and Innovation at Barco, and Albert Xthona, Senior Product Manager at Barco. On 4 December at 2:30 PM, Barco will also welcome Cory Batenchuk, Senior VP of Operations and Co-Founder at PathPresenter.
These sessions are designed to provide valuable insights into the latest trends and advancements in medical imaging technology. Some of the topics covered are ambient light, perception of cine images and visualization in digital pathology.
