If you would like to receive a hard copy user guide (instructions for use) for one of our medical devices, please log a ticket via our e-support services with the following information:
- For what medical device model you want the hard copy – Please provide also the part number
- In which language you want the hard copy
- Details to which the hard copy can be send to
- How many copies you want
Barco will provide the hard copy user guide to you free of charge within 7 days after the request.
