Barco nominated for the HR Ambassador Award

We’re happy to announce that Barco has been nominated for the HR Ambassador Award, a prestigious Belgian recognition from HR Gala for companies that demonstrate excellence in human-centered and innovative HR practices. An independent expert jury selected Barco as one of the top three HR cases of the year, highlighting the company’s future-focused people strategy.

A culture shaped with, not just for, people

This nomination reflects Barco’s refreshed HR philosophy under the leadership of CHRO Lien Meuleman and her team. Her three-pillar roadmap – culture, diverse talent, and continuous learning – puts people first and gives them the space to develop and grow.

About the HR Ambassador Award

The HR Ambassador Award celebrates HR teams that inspire with impactful, scalable, and people-centered practices. Each year, a jury of HR experts reviews 30 companies and selects three nominees. Organizations can’t submit cases themselves. The recognition comes entirely from the jury’s own selection.
