Visitors to the Barco booth at the latest edition of Arab Health, the leading healthcare trade show in the Middle East region, were impressed with the new Barco JAO Smart Terminals. The audience learned how the bedside terminals benefit both patients and healthcare providers, offering patient entertainment as well as clinical information.
Arab Health attracted more than 3,000 healthcare professionals. Barco showcased its Nexxis for the digital OR, its medical displays, and its Smart Terminals. 140 of the latter will shortly be installed for patient bedside applications in the King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fully customized to the needs of the hospital, the terminals are sure to help improve the workflow of the healthcare facility and its patients’ comfort. Barco’s deal with the KFMC hospital is an important step in positioning ourselves in the growing Middle East healthcare market.
