Selecting the right medical display systems is key to delivering high-quality patient care. Thanks to an agreement with leading computer technology provider Dell, Barco’s market-leading medical display systems are now available in France, Germany, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom through www.dell.com. Furthermore, Dell has selected Barco’s market-leading medical display systems to complement its Precision range of workstations.

Strong strategic partnership
Barco’s market-leading medical display systems have been sold by Dell in the US and Canada to complement its Precision range of workstations as a standard offering for a number of years. The partnership in Europe is due to the enormous success in the US and Canada. In addition to Barco’s displays being available through Dell in France, Germany, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom, Barco medical display systems will also be made available through Dell in Brazil.

Easy access to leading solutions
Barco’s medical displays are characterized by unmatched image quality, reliable asset management tools and rock-solid reliability, making them the number one choice for today’s demanding healthcare environments (HIS World Medical Display Report, 2013). By joining forces, Dell and Barco can now offer their customers easier access to a wide portfolio of medical displays for any department across the healthcare enterprise. The products available include the complete range of Barco medical displays.

Tackling today’s challenges together
Barco’s medical display systems are certified to work with Dell Precision workstations. “Dell and Barco have worked together for a number of years in North America. We are delighted that we are now able to extend our collaboration to Europe. We believe this partnership will provide our healthcare customers with more choice and easier access to the medical display systems they need for their enterprise,” said Luc Colle, Vice-President of Sales, EMEAI at Barco Healthcare.
