At Barco, we believe that leadership is not just a title – it’s a mindset. That’s why we created Barco Boost, a development program designed to empower our high-potential employees with the skills, confidence, and cross-functional knowledge they need to grow into the leaders of the future.

Last week, we proudly celebrated the graduation of our latest group of Boost participants – each of them having completed an intensive journey focused on personal leadership and general business acumen.

A program built for growth

In partnership with Vlerick Business School and StreetwiZe, Barco Boost offers a deep dive into key business domains: leadership, strategy, sales & marketing, finance, operations, and innovation.

“It’s all about growing our people in line with the Barco Leadership Compass, our values, and our long-term strategy,” says Lien Meuleman, Chief HR Officer at Barco.

Barco Boost helps you realize that your job is bigger than your own function. It opens your eyes to the challenges other departments face and encourages lifelong learning.

Why Barco Boost?

Barco Boost is more than a learning opportunity – it’s a strategic investment in our people and our future. Participants gain a broader understanding of the business beyond their own roles, while Barco benefits from fresh perspectives, stronger collaboration, and a growing network of future-ready leaders. This year’s edition introduced a brand-new Innovation Challenge, where participants were invited to pitch ideas that could help Barco scale to the next level.
