Not all ClickShare Base Units support webcam or speakerphone connectivity. Compatibility depends on the model type—specifically whether it belongs to the ClickShare Conference CX-series.
Models Compatible with Webcams and Speakerphones
The following models are designed to use a validated webcam or speakerphone if it is attached to the Base Unit:
