Goal:
To increase the product and technical awareness of service and support professionals to enable them to better support their clients
On completion of this course, you will be able to set up and configure a complete QAWeb installation in a hospital environment and perform basic troubleshooting.
Description:
Following on from the Associate Level training, you will engage in considerable hands-on activities, in order to practice your learning and gain the required skills to successfully carry out basic troubleshooting, installation, set-up and configuration and image quality management of Diagnostic imaging systems, including the use of QAWeb and the full suite of productivity tools.

Prerequisites

Attendees to this course must first complete the “Barco Certified Healthcare Associate – Partner Induction Diagnostic Imaging Support” program and be in possession of a valid Associate level certificate, before registration on to the Specialist level course will be accepted
