Disposal of own shares by Barco NV

GEREGLEMENTEERDE INFORMATIE

Kortrijk, Belgium, 24 January 2022, 18.00 hrs – Pursuant to article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019, Barco NV discloses the disposal of 287,634 shares outside the stock exchange following the exercise of stock options.

As a result, and following the share buyback program (completed on 1^st December 2021), the total number of own shares held by Barco NV as per 31^st December 2021, decreased from 3,320,316 (as per 01/12/2021) to 3,032,682 (out of a total of 92,170,255 shares or 3.29%).
