Matthew joined Barco in 2023 as an LED Product Specialist, where he played a key role in the development and validation of professional driving simulation and virtual reality LED display systems. In 2026, Matthew transitioned into his current role as Product Manager for LED, where he focuses on delivering next-generation immersive LED display solutions tailored to evolving market needs.

Matthew holds a PhD in Human–Computer Interaction, combining deep technical knowledge with an understanding of how users engage with complex digital systems.
