Check out Barco's brand-new digital switchers at InfoComm

Barco recently expanded its image processing portfolio with a series of digital and multi-format switchers. The brand-new PDS series comes in three models and meets the industry’s requirements for affordable, high-quality and easy-to-use seamless switchers that offer more digital inputs. Next to the PDS series, Barco has also launched a new pre-configured multi-format presentation switcher: the FSN-1004.

Cost-effective digital switchers
All PDS models - PDS-701, PDS-901 and PDS-902 - include one 3G/HD/SD SDI and four universal analog inputs. Thanks to its user-friendly setup and straightforward interface, the PDS is a perfect fit for live events, boardrooms, houses of worship, education and training facilities, and fixed installations.

Pre-configured multi-format presentation switcher
A second new product - the FSN-1004 - is a pre-configured multi-format presentation switcher that can be controlled from an intuitive user interface program running on a PC or Mac, which simplifies system setup, adjustment and control. With the FSN-1004, users can select up to ten input sources from a wide range of video and computer formats.

ImagePRO-II and ScreenPRO-II updated
Barco has also updated two other image processing products. The ImagePRO-II is now available in two models: standard and dual output. The dual output model comes with a second Athena scaler that doubles the ImagePRO-II’s output capability. And the ScreenPRO-II video display system can support 3G-SDI outputs from now on.
