This training will introduce you to Nexxis 2.x, Barco’s video-over-IP platform for the integrated operating room.

During this training you will learn:

• ·        to understand the capabilities of the Nexxis 2.x solution
• ·        how to draft Operating Room architectures for hospitals with Nexxis 2.x
• ·        how to install a Nexxis 2.x solution for single and multiple Operating Room setups
• ·        the networking concepts behind Nexxis 2.x
• ·        how to identify operational problems and do basic troubleshooting.

• Prerequisites
• Completion of the Nexxis 2.x Support Associate Program
• Basic networking skills
• Basic computer usage skills: program installation, Windows settings, IP@ configuration on PC, LAN settings
• Equipment: Bring a Laptop with wireless network access

Objective

On completion of this training, you will have a good understanding of all aspects of Nexxis 2.x within the OR, and how to set up, configure and install a Nexxis 2.x system.
