Context

Formed from the merger of Tech Data and Synnex in 2021, TD SYNNEX France has rapidly become one of the country’s leading IT solutions distributors. With just under 1,000 employees, the company operates across multiple sites, including Courbevoie, Chessy, and Bussy-Saint-Georges.

TD SYNNEX France launched a large-scale office relocation and workplace transformation program. The Colombes site moved to Courbevoie, while the Bussy-Saint-Georges site partially relocated to a brand-new, five-story building in Chessy. The Bussy-Saint-Georges location was retained alongside the new site.

These new and redesigned offices introduced modern collaboration, meeting, and training spaces, with a strong focus on productivity, well-being, and hybrid collaboration – fully aligned with the company’s core values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

Challenge

With teams distributed across multiple locations and hybrid work becoming the norm, TD SYNNEX France needed a meeting room solution that could scale across sites while remaining simple for everyday users.

In total, 34 rooms across three locations were equipped with ClickShare Conference:
