The Narrator accessibility option in the Onboarding wizard and Settings app is not fully implemented so is currently not fully functioning as expected functional, therefore it is recommended to no use this functionality until implementation was completed.
We aim to complete the integration of this feature with the ClickShare Hub firmware version 04.03.00.
