Global Audit Tender
The mandate of the statutory auditor of Barco NV, PwC Bedrijfsrevisoren BV / PwC Réviseurs d’Entreprises SRL (represented by Mieke Van Leeuwe), will expire at the annual shareholders' meeting which will be held on 29 April 2027. Barco NV has initiated a public tendering process for the statutory audit for the financial years 2027 until 2029. Interested firms are requested to submit a written proposal setting out their capabilities, key elements of their services and team, as well as their commercial terms by their candidacy no later than August 15, 2026.
