When selecting the Extended desktop option to use the extended desktop feature in the ClickShare Desktop App, a ClickShare - Extended desktop popup appears on your laptop screen.
This is due to the changes by Microsoft in the drivers used in Windows 10 for the extended desktop feature.

Due to this, the following has been changed on our ClickShare Base Units:

• CS-100(H)/CSE-200(+)/CSE-800:  Only these Base Units are compatible with the extended desktop functionality.
  Note: If you still encounter issues please make sure to update your Base Unit with latest version (how to: see KB 5923) and also ensure that ClickShare Extension Pack is installed on your laptop.
• CSM-1: Can no longer use the extended desktop functionality since it is not compatible with these new drivers and cannot be changed to make it compatible. The installation of ClickShare Extension Pack is however still recommended because it also contains the ClickShare launcher feature.
• CSC-1: Can no longer use the extended desktop functionality since it is not compatible with these new drivers and cannot be changed to make it compatible. The installation of ClickShare Extension Pack is however still recommended because it also contains the ClickShare launcher feature.
