Note: Since version 2.7.1, QAWeb enterprise can work in two operating modes: Standalone and Cloud-Connected mode. When deploying QAWeb Enterprise, please consider the operating mode that matches your needs (see more information here).
The QAWeb Enterprise Agent can be downloaded from two different locations.
1) From the Barco Webpage:
- Download the latest Agent from the following URL: https://www.barco.com/en/support/qaweb-enterprise
- Once downloaded, please extract the downloaded .zip file and install it using full user permissions and admin rights on the workstation
- Please follow the installation and the agent configuration steps, described in the online user manual, available from here
Important: QAWeb Enterprise is a Medical Device which means that, for the product to be used in certain countries, it must be filed as a medical device in that country and approved as such. The agent can therefore only be downloaded from the Barco website in countries where the application is cleared.
2) From the QAWeb Enterprise Webportal:
This download location is available for users having access to a cloud-connected QAWeb Enterprise Organization.
