Issue:
ClickShare App and Button have been found to stop working after update to macOS 13.1 Ventura during pre-release testing. The issue is not seen with latest Apple M1 devices.
Solution:
- MacOS must be at version Ventura 13.2 or above.
- Make sure that your Base Unit is up to date i.e. CX and C series Base Unit is running on firmware version 2.14 or higher and CS(E) series is running on firmware version 1.11.8.1 or higher., (how to: see KB 5923) Ensure to re-pair the Button with its Base Unit (how to: see KB 5924)
