Kortrijk, Belgium, 03 February 2026, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 26 January 2026 till 30 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,490,350 shares for a total amount of 29,999,997 euros. This corresponds to 100% of the program completed.
As a result thereof, Barco’s share buy-back program has been completed on 30th January 2026.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of treasury shares amounts to 11,528,306 (12.41%) shares on the date of 30th January 2026.
