It is possible that the ClickShare Extension Pack cannot be upgraded from 1.0.0.104 to a higher version via silent installation [KB3933].

The following error "Installation failed" could be displayed:

As a workaround, we suggest the following:

Uninstall ClickShare Extension pack v1.0.0.104
Reboot your computer
Install the latest version of the ClickShare Extension pack
Reboot your computer

Note

ClickShare Extension Pack v1.0.1.3 or above is not affected by this issue.
