The night Rome’s famous Colosseum became a giant canvas

Rome, IT - 2016

To celebrate the “International Year of Light”, Acea and the City of Rome had a great plan in 2015: turn the iconic Colosseum into a massive screen with the art of projection mapping. Production house Unità C1 was contracted to set up the concept and plan and produce the event. System integrator Service 2 Service delivered the technology needed to bring the “Legenda Aurea” (Golden Legend) to life on the impressive walls of the amphitheater.
