From 14 to 17 November, Barco will present 3 new surgical displays at MEDICA 2016 in Düsseldorf (Germany): two new 4K UHD displays (31” and 55”) and a 26” high-brightness, full-HD display. By expanding our range of 4K, high-brightness and high-resolution displays, we want to offer healthcare professionals a premium imaging experience in the OR.
All three surgical displays offer state-of-the-art image quality, wide color gamut and visual accuracy. The new 4K displays (MDSC-8231, MDSC-8255) now allow image mirroring and rotation to present images per the surgeon’s perspective. Screen cloning on DVI out is also possible, with resolution downscaled from 4K to FHD for easy recording. All displays will be available in a Nexxis-integrated version.
A bright choice
“The designs of these displays are founded on maximum safety and efficiency,” asserts Johan Stockman, VP Strategic Marketing Surgical Imaging at Barco. “From the high-quality materials to the superior image quality, our new line is dedicated to comfort, precision and performance, maximizing productivity and peace of mind in digital operating and control rooms.”
