A beautiful cinema done by De Opera Domotica

Building a private cinema around a large scope screen requires balancing image impact with a comfortable, reliable viewing experience. The projection setup needs enough light output to support HDR and SDR playback while maintaining stable color performance on a wide format screen. At the same time, the system must integrate smoothly into a residential environment where usability and long term operation matter. The challenge is to deliver commercial style image performance at home without compromising everyday ease of use.

The cinema is equipped with a Wisdom Audio sound system combined with the Barco Njord projector to support a dedicated private cinema experience. With 12,500 lumens and full DCI P3 color coverage, the projector is positioned to deliver the brightness and color performance required for a 4.85m wide scope screen. The setup is described as delivering 55fL for HDR and 25 fL for SDR content, allowing both formats to be enjoyed in the same room. Together, the audio system and projection performance form the technical foundation of the cinema.
