Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 17 November 2025 till 21 November 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 259,605 shares for a total amount of 3,200,028 euros. This corresponds to 10.67% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 9,299,161 treasury shares.
