Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 24 November 2025 till 28 November 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 418,635 shares for a total amount of 5,120,730 euros. This corresponds to 17.07% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 9,458,191 treasury shares.
