Kortrijk, Belgium, 1 September 2026 – Following the successful introduction of the Runar DCI LED video wall and TruePix Bifrost TP-I at CEDIA 2025, Barco Residential returns to CEDIA 2026 with two significant additions to its premium residential LED video wall portfolio: the new Runar HDR LED video wall and Vali NT-I. Together, these additions strengthen Barco Residential's comprehensive range of luxury direct-view LED solutions for the home.
Last year, Barco Residential redefined luxury home cinema by introducing Runar DCI, the first residential LED video wall designed for DCI-certified HDR performance, combining cinema-grade image quality with an ultra-fine 0.9 mm pixel pitch. Alongside Runar DCI, the company introduced the TruePix Bifrost TP-I, bringing exceptional brightness and efficiency to high-ambient-light spaces.
At CEDIA 2026, Barco Residential builds on that momentum by expanding its portfolio with solutions optimized for a broader range of residential entertainment applications while maintaining the exceptional standards of image quality, performance and craftsmanship expected by the industry's most demanding homeowners and integrators.
Last year, Barco Residential introduced the Runar DCI LED video wall, bringing cinema-grade LED technology and DCI-certified performance to the world's finest private cinemas. Designed for dedicated theater environments, Runar DCI established a new benchmark for residential LED entertainment.
This year, Barco Residential expands the Runar family with the new Runar HDR LED video wall.
Built on the same advanced MicroLED-in-Package (MIP) platform, Runar HDR delivers exceptional image quality and true cinematic experiences, while seamlessly integrating into today’s premium residential HDR ecosystem. By eliminating the need for DCI-compliant playback infrastructure, Runar HDR simplifies system design without compromising the premium viewing experience.
Delivering up to 1,000 nits of brightness, Runar HDR reveals the full impact of modern HDR content while maintaining outstanding image quality in a variety of home entertainment environments, including dedicated home theaters, media rooms and multi-purpose rooms. With a 200,000:1 contrast ratio, Runar HDR delivers remarkable shadow detail, brilliant highlights and exceptional realism across a wide range of content, from movies to live sports, concerts and gaming.
Runar HDR is available in both Native 4K and Cinemascope configurations, providing flexibility for a wide range of premium residential entertainment environments.
Runar DCI remains our reference solution for dedicated private cinema applications. With Runar HDR, we're bringing the same Runar DNA and cinematic viewing experience to customers who want the very best in residential HDR entertainment, without the requirements of a DCI ecosystem.
Barco Residential will also showcase the Vali NT-I series of LED video walls. Designed to deliver exceptional image quality with improved energy efficiency, the Vali NT-I family is available in multiple pixel pitches, including 0.9 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm options.
At CEDIA 2026, Barco Residential will demonstrate the Vali NT0.9-I, featuring an ultra-fine 0.9 mm pixel pitch for enhanced image detail and immersive viewing at typical residential viewing distances. Leveraging advanced Flip Chip technology, NT0.9-I significantly reduces power consumption while maintaining outstanding visual performance.
Delivering up to 1,000 nits of brightness, NT0.9-I provides excellent HDR performance across a wide range of residential applications. The combination of high brightness, fine pixel pitch and improved energy efficiency makes it an attractive solution for media rooms, entertainment spaces and multipurpose residential environments.
As with all Barco Residential LED video walls, Vali NT-I is supported by Barco's White Glove Service, ensuring a seamless installation experience and outstanding image performance.
CEDIA 2026 takes place from September 2 to 4 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, USA. This year marks an exciting milestone as Barco Residential, Focal and Naim come together for the first time to showcase how world-class visual and audio technologies can perform as one. Visitors to the Barco Booth at 3123 will experience Runar HDR in a dedicated theater environment and Vali NT0.9-I in a contemporary living room setting, showcasing how Barco Residential delivers premium entertainment experiences across a variety of residential applications.
The dedicated Runar HDR theater features a Focal 7.1.4 immersive audio system built around flagship Utopia loudspeakers and powered by Naim electronics, delivering the scale, precision and emotional impact expected from a world-class private cinema.
The Vali NT0.9-I demonstration is paired with Diva Alta Utopia active loudspeakers, creating a premium entertainment experience that complements the contemporary living room environment.
All demonstrations will feature Kaleidescape source content and MadVR video processing, while relaxing in CinemaTech’s German-engineered Estrella and Sevilla seating, featuring three-motor Zero Gravity comfort.
