Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 29 December 2025 till 2 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 1,750,014 shares for a total amount of 21,186,176 euros. This corresponds to 70.62% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 10,789,570 treasury shares.
