Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 12 January 2026 till 16 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,104,206 shares for a total amount of 25,458,648 euros. This corresponds to 84.86% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 11,142,162 treasury shares.
