Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 19 January 2026 till 23 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,301,527 shares for a total amount of 27,771,022 euros. This corresponds to 92.57% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 11,339,483 treasury shares.
