Security Notice
Due to security considerations and the End-of-Service (EOS) status of wePresent products, we have:
- Shut down all FTP ports for wePresent and MirrorOp
- Disabled automatic update servers for all related products
Impact
This action specifically impacts two functionalities:
- wePresent firmware OTA updates
- MirrorOp software auto-updates
Solution for SmartCare Customers
Customers with active SmartCare warranty coverage can still access the latest firmware and software by manually downloading it from their product support page on the official Barco website.
Note: The wePresent series reached EOS in 2024, continuing service only for active SmartCare agreement holders.
